We are a full service company assisting in a variety of areas including but not limited to inventory/asset management, liquidation, negotiations, logistics, market entry and penetration into the secondary market within the United States and/or internationally, and new product development. 

 

Excess/Obsolete Inventories

Sell & manage client's excess and obsolete targeted inventories at the highest possible prices

We find the delicate balance between achieving top dollar pricing for the manufacturers we represent and helping retailers we work with achieve the best margins possible.

Protect client's brand from diversion into client's primary market

We only sell manufacturers' products to well known and respected retailers and distributors.

Minimize efforts of client's management to locate, document, isolate and eliminate excess inventories

We operate as an extension of manufacturers' day to day operations.

 

New Product Development

Work together with clients to develop new products and/or lines in order to minimize excess products and/or components

We help design and develop products and programs to utilize excess components and/or bulk. These programs can also have manufacturers capitalize on economies of scale to reduce overall unit costs.

Develop products and lines to enter market parallel to existing lines

Develop products based on current trends and needs of buyers

We work closely with retailers to determine what their customers want to see more of on their shelves and convey that information to manufacturers to enable them to produce those items.
